BranchéQC is not Hydro-Québec: we read that feed, keep a history and present it differently, with the region, the cause in plain words and the history of announced restoration times. Municipal utilities (Hydro-Sherbrooke, Hydro-Westmount, Joliette, Magog, Saguenay, Alma, Baie-Comeau, Amos, Coaticook) are not in that feed.

Is the restoration time reliable?

It is Hydro-Québec's estimate, revised as crews assess the damage. We log every change: when a time gets pushed back, the map says so. An outage marked “crew en route” often has no firm time yet; one marked “work in progress” usually has a more accurate one.
